On Friday, August 29, we invite you to come and enjoy a delightful meal at the Redhead Days festival. After the successful collaboration with Bakffiets from Tilburg, they will once again be providing the food on Friday evening.
This year’s menu features Couscous with tomato stew, chicken, and a refreshing yogurt sauce
"The core of this dish is our summer stew based on tomato and (vegetarian) chicken, using ras el hanout (a Moroccan spice mix), sultanas and lemon. For extra freshness, we serve a yoghurt-based sauce with cucumber. You can eat this just like that, or scoop it with (flat)bread. A huge variety of textures and flavours makes for a festive start to the festival weekend!:

- Date: Friday, August 29th
- Time: Food is served between 5:00 PM and 7:30 PM
- Cost: €16.50 during crowdfunding or €17.50 after crowdfunding closes
- Location: Redhead Days festival, catered by the local company Bakffiets
